Abstract

Maqolada mamlakatning innovatsion iqtisodiyotini rivojlantirish uchun eng avvalo milliy innovatsion tizimningshakllanishiga alohida e’tibor qaratiladi. Milliy innovatsion tizim tushunchasi innovatsion iqtisodiyotning muhim belgisisifatida XX asrning 70-yillarida kirib kelgan. Milliy innovatsion tizimga yagona bir ta’rif berilmagan. Lekin ayrim sohalardako‘p mehnat qilgan olimlarning ta’riflari keltirilgan.
