Abstract

Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy boshqaruv psixologiya terminlarining chog‘ishtirma tahlili asosida ikki millatdunyoqarashi, psixologiyasining o‘ziga xosligi, ko‘plab xalqaro terminlarni o‘zbek tilida berish imkoniyatlari ko‘rsatibo‘tilgan. Rus va o‘zbek tillari boshqaruv psixologiyasiga oid terminlari leksik-semantik xususiyatlaridagi farqlari, boshqaruvpsixologiyasiga oid terminlarning boshqa sohaga oid terminlardan maxsus termin (va qisqartma)larga boyligi, so‘zqo‘llashdagi an’anaviylik va ayrim sintaktik iboralarni nisbatan ko‘proq ishlatilishi ta’kidlangan. O‘zbekistonda boshqaruvpsixologiya terminologiyasi maxsus tadqiq qilinmagani bois psixologiya terminlari tahlili o‘zbek tilining qo‘llanish doirasinikengaytirish va tahlil qilish zarurligi ko‘rsatilgan.
