Abstract

В данной научной статье анализируются ключевые аспекты перехода к устойчивому управлениюресурсами, уделяя особое внимание роли государственного регулирования, механизмам аренды природныхресурсов и повышению энергетической эффективности. Рассмотрены взаимосвязи между управлениемресурсами, экономическим ростом и экологической устойчивостью. В статье детально исследуются инструментыгосударственного регулирования, такие как налогообложение, лицензирование и нормативно-правовые акты,направленные на обеспечение баланса между экономическим развитием и сохранением природных ресурсов.Также акцентируется внимание на эффективности механизмов аренды природных ресурсов и их влияниина инвестиции, инновации и экологическую ответственность. В завершение представлены рекомендации поразработке интегрированных стратегий управления ресурсами, направленных на достижение сбалансированногоэкономического роста и обеспечение долгосрочного сохранения окружающей среды.
