Abstract

Ushbu maqola nodavlat notijorat tashkilotlar boshqaruv tizimidagi xatoliklar va zaifliklarni chuqur tahlil qilishgaqaratilgan. Unda ijtimoiy tashkilotlar boshqaruv tizimining asosiy yo‘nalishlari, ularning rivojlanishdagi o‘rni va muhimvazifalari tavsiflanadi. Shu bilan birga, O‘zbekiston Respublikasida nodavlat va notijorat tashkilotlarini boshqarishningamaldagi jarayonlari tahlil qilinib, ichki boshqaruv tizimlarini takomillashtirish hamda yangi strategiyalarni ishlab chiqishzaruratini asoslashga e’tibor qaratiladi. Ushbu tadqiqot natijalari tashkilotlarning samaradorligini oshirish va boshqaruvmexanizmlarini modernizatsiya qilish uchun asos yaratadi.
