Ochiq bank (open banking) faoliyatining xalqaro tajribasi va o‘zbekistonda qo‘llanilishi

Abstract

Ochiq bank (Open Banking) moliya sektori va bank xizmatlarida yangi o‘zgarishlar kiritayotgan innovatsionmexanizm hisoblanadi. Ushbu tizim banklar o‘rtasida ma’lumotlarni xavfsiz ulashish imkoniyatini yaratib, iste’molchilar vakorxonalar uchun bank xizmatlarini yanada qulay va samarali qilishni maqsad qiladi. Xalqaro tajriba ko‘rsatishicha, ochiqbank tizimi Buyuk Britaniya, Yevropa Ittifoqi, AQSh va boshqa rivojlangan davlatlarda keng joriy etilib, iste’molchilargamoliyaviy xizmatlardan foydalanishni soddalashtirib, raqobatni kuchaytirmoqda.Ushbu maqola ochiq bank tizimining ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalarini tahlil qilish va ularni O‘zbekistonda qo‘llash imkoniyatlarinio‘rganishga qaratilgan. O‘zbekistonda raqamli iqtisodiyotning rivojlanishi va moliyaviy texnologiyalarga bo‘lgan talabningoshishi bilan birga, ochiq bank xizmatlarini tatbiq etish dolzarb masala hisoblanadi. Maqolada ochiq bank tiziminingafzalliklari, muammolari va O‘zbekistonda joriy etish yo‘nalishlari, shuningdek, tartibga solish va huquqiy asoslar ko‘ribchiqiladi. Xalqaro tajriba, O‘zbekiston uchun qanday foydali modellardan foydalanish mumkinligini tahlil qilish imkoniniberadi va ochiq bank xizmatlarini muvaffaqiyatli joriy etish yo‘llarini belgilashga xizmat qiladi.
