Abstract

Ushbu maqola raqamli transformatsiyaning kichik biznes uchun taqdim etayotgan imkoniyatlarini va bujarayon davomida yuzaga keladigan muammolarni o‘rganadi. Kichik bizneslar raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanishorqali xarajatlarni kamaytirish, mijozlarga xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini oshirish va yangi bozorlarga chiqish imkoniyatigaega bo‘lmoqda. Maqolada raqamli transformatsiya jarayonida kichik bizneslar duch keladigan to‘siqlar va bu to‘siqlarniyengish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar muhokama qilinadi.
