Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются новейшие тенденции и возможности цифровизации на междуна-родном и национальном уровнях, которые, несмотря на свои положительные стороны, требуют корректировок иадаптации в национальном законодательстве для устранения существующих несоответствий. Особое вниманиеуделено вопросам, связанным с субъектами предпринимательства, занимающимися электронной коммерцией.В статье также проведён анализ мер, предложенных ОЭСР для налогового администрирования электроннойкоммерции в контексте трансграничных операций. Необходимость трансформации и синхронизации налоговойсистемы с рыночными тенденциями подчеркивается для обеспечения эффективности работы налоговых органови снижения уровня теневой экономики, рост которой неизбежен при бездействии со стороны государства.
