Abstract

Maqolada Oʻzbekistondagi sugʻurta kompaniyalarining kapital bozoridagi emission faolligini oshirishningiqtisodiy asoslari hamda mexanizmlari aks ettirilgan. Jumladan, sugʻurta kompaniyalarining emission faoliyati atroflichatahlil qilingan va bu boradagi muammolarga toʻxtalib oʻtilgan. Bunda faqatgina aksiyalar emissiyasi amalga oshirilganligianiqlangan. Toshkent respublika fond birjasida listingdan oʻtgan sugʻurta kompaniyalari aksiyalari tahliliga e'tiborqaratilgan. Amalga oshirilgan tadqiqotlar va tahlillar asosida sugʻurta kompaniyalarining fond hamda kapital bozoridagifaolligini oshirishga qaratilgan ilmiy taklif va amaliy tavsiyalar ilgari surilgan.
