Abstract

Mazkur maqolada bojxona faoliyatini transformatsiyalash va innovatsion boshqaruvni takomillashtirishbo‘yicha xorijiy mamlakatlar tajribasi o‘rganiladi. Maqola doirasida Yaponiyaning avtomatlashtirish texnologiyalarini joriyetishi, Yevropa Ittifoqi mamlakatlarining raqamli texnologiyalarni qo‘llashi, AQShning sun’iy intellekt va katta ma’lumotlartahlili texnologiyalaridan foydalanishi hamda Janubiy Koreya va Singapur tajribalari tahlil qilinadi. Har bir mamlakatningbojxona tizimini modernizatsiyalash bo‘yicha amalga oshirilgan islohotlari va erishilgan natijalari batafsil ko‘rib chiqiladi.Ushbu tahlil asosida O‘zbekiston bojxona tizimini zamonaviylashtirish va samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlabchiqiladi. Maqola ilmiy adabiyotlar, hisobotlar va tadqiqotlar asosida yozilgan bo‘lib, bojxona faoliyatini zamonaviy talablargamos ravishda tashkil etish va innovatsion boshqaruv usullarini tatbiq etishning muhimligini ko‘rsatadi.
