Abstract

Mazkur maqolada aktsiyadorlik jamiyatlarida investitsion risklarni boshqarishning dolzarbligi asoslangan. Aktsiyadorlik jamiyatlarida investitsion risklarni boshqarishning tashkiliy usullari va uning asosiy elementlari yoritilgan. Moliyaviy risklarni boshqarishning asosiy tamoyillari hamda tasnifiy xususiyatlari ochib berilgan. Investitsion risklarni boshqarish mexanizmini takomillashtirishga doir ilmiy xulosalar bayon etilgan.
