Abstract

статье “Кадровый потенциал и экономика знаний» охватывает важные аспекты взаимодействия человеческих ресурсов и современных экономических моделей, основанных на знаниях и инновациях. В данной работе рассматриваются взаимосвязи между кадровым потенциалом и экономикой знаний, а также анализируются стратегии, направленные на оптимизацию использования человеческих ресурсов. Особое внимание уделяется роли образования, постоянного обучения и профессионального развития в формировании высококвалифицированных кадров, способных генерировать инновации и способствовать устойчивому экономическому росту.
