Abstract

Bozor iqtisodiyoti davrida banklar, Prezidentimiz ta’kidlaganidek, iqtisodiyotningqon tomirlari hisoblanadi. Ularning faoliyatini tartibga solish va muvofiqlashtirish muhimmasalalardan biri bo‘lib qolaveradi. Chunki banklar iqtisodiyotda kredit munosabatlari va hisobkitoblardavositachilik vazifasini bajarib, barcha iqtisodiy subyektlarning barqaror faoliyatyuritishi bank tizimining barqarorligi bilan chambarchas bog‘liq. Banklar ish yurituvchilarfaoliyatining uzluksizligini ta’minlash maqsadida ularni doimiy ravishda kredit mablag‘lari bilanta’minlab turadilar. Bundan tashqari, barcha iqtisodiy subyektlar o‘rtasidagi hisob-kitoblar banklarorqali amalga oshiriladi. Shunday ekan, iqtisodiy munosabatlarning barqarorligi vasamaradorligini bank faoliyatisiz, uning barqaror rivojlanishisiz amalga oshirish mumkin emas.
