Davlat ehtiyojlari uchun tovarlar xarid qilishning ilg‘or xorij tajribasi

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada davlat xaridlari tizimini isloh qilish va elektron xaridlartizimining joriy etilishi bo‘yicha ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalar o‘rganiladi. AQSh, Buyuk Britaniya vaJanubiy Koreya davlatlarining elektron xaridlar tizimidagi muvaffaqiyatli yondashuvlari tahlilqilinadi va bu tajribalarni O‘zbekiston sharoitida joriy etish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi.Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonda davlat xaridlari tizimida joriy qilingan elektron tizimlarningnatijalari va xalqaro tajribalar bilan taqqoslanadi. Maqola davomida elektron xaridlar tiziminingkorrupsiyani kamaytirish, shaffoflikni oshirish va xaridlar samaradorligini kuchaytirishgaqaratilgan ijobiy ta’siri muhokama qilinadi. Maqola davlat xaridlari tizimini takomillashtirishva xalqaro tajribalarni tatbiq etish orqali iqtisodiy samaradorlikni oshirishga qaratilgantavsiyalarni ham o‘z ichiga oladi.
