Abstract

Ushbu maqolada korxonalarda qaror, qaror qabul qilish va uning mohiyati, sohaolimlarining mavzu doirasidagi yondashuvlari yoritib o‘tilgan. Shuningdek tadqiqot olibborilgan korxonada qaror qabul qilishda ijtimoiy faoliyatning umumiy va boshqaruv apparatigaxos ijtimoiy samaradorlikning xususiy ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil etib o‘tilgan. Sohadagi ayrimmuammolar ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan hamda samarali qarorlar qabul qilish uchun tegishli tavsiyalarberilgan.
