Abstract

Ushbu maqola aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida konsolidatsiyalashgan kapitalo‘zgarishini hisobga olish va hisobotni tayyorlashda yuzaga keladigan muammolarni tahlilqiladi. Aksiyalar va konsolidatsiyalashgan kapital tushunchalarini aniqlab bu sohadagi amaldagistandartlar hamda qoidalar ko‘rib chiqilgan. Konsolidatsiyalashgan kapital o‘zgarishininghisobotda aks ettirilishi, bu jarayonda yuzaga keladigan asosiy muammolar va qiyinchiliklarko‘rsatilgan. Shuningdek, hisobot tuzishda kelajakdagi istiqbollar va takomillashtirish yo‘llariham muhokama qilinadi. Hisobot tizimlarining samaradorligini oshirish, shuningdek,investorlar va boshqaruvchilar uchun aniq va ishonchli ma’lumot taqdim etishni ta’minlash,mavjud bo‘lgan muammolarni hal qilish va kelajakda hisobot tizimlarini yanadatakomillashtirish uchun qanday strategiyalarni qo‘llash mumkinligi haqida keng ko‘lamli tahlilva istiqbollari ko‘rilgan.
