Abstract

Настоящая статья посвящена биржевому и внебиржевому рынку ценныхбумаг, который представляет собой переломный момент финансовой системы,функционирующей вне рамок официальной биржи. В статье рассматриваются основныехарактеристики внебиржевого рынка, такие как гибкость, отсутствие централизованногоконтроля и финансовое разнообразие инструментов. Также выделяются преимущества,низкие требования к листингу и доступ к специализированным инвестиционныминструментам, что делает этот рынок привлекательным для небольших и среднихпредприятий.Однако, за пределами этих аспектов, статья имеет и риски, связанные с внебиржевымисделками, такие как отсутствие ликвидности, возможность манипулирования иограниченная информация о компаниях. В заключении возникает необходимостьтщательного анализа и оценки риска для остановки заинтересованных сторон.
