Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Oʻzbekiston Respublikasida auditorlik faoliyatining turlari(shakllari) va ularning huquqiy asoslari tahlil etilgan. Bundan tashqari, maqolada ichki va tashqiauditorlik tekshiruvlar yuzasidan olimlarning fikirlari berilib, muallif tomonidan auditorlikfaoliyatini takomillashtirish yuzasidan taklif va tavsiyalar berilgan. Ichki auditni oʻtkazish boʻyichaichki audit standartlarining tuzilishi va qoʻllanilishi deb nomlangan rasm orqali muallifning firklaribayon qilingan va shu bilan birga korxonalarda ichki audit oʻtkazishni takomillashtirish maqsadidamuallif tomonidan Ichki audit hisoboti tarkibiy qismlari boʻyicha namunaviy jadval ishlab chiqilib,amaliyotda qoʻllash uchun taklif etilgan.
