Abstract

Ijtimoiy xizmatlar jamiyatga davlat tomonidan ko‘rsatiladigan muhim xizmatlar bo‘lib, ularni moliyalashtirishesa davlat xarajat borasidagi muhim ustuvor yo‘nalishi hisoblandi. Bunday xarajatlarning ko‘lamiga qarab mamlakatlarningijtimoiylashuvini bildiradi. O‘zbekistonda bu boradagi mustaqillikning dastlabki kunlaridanoq keng e’tibor berilishiga qaramasdanbu boradagi ayrim mummolar ham mavjuddir. Ushbu tezisda ijtimoiy xarajatlarni moliyalashtirish ayrim o‘ziga xosjihatlari hamda bu boradagi davlat siyosatini yanada takomillashtirish masalalari yoritiladi.
