Abstract

Rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlarda iqtisodiy oʻsishni ragʻbatlantirishda bank kreditlari muhim rol oʻynaydi.Xalqaro miqyosda faoliyat olib borayotgan tijorat banklari turli davlatlarda kreditlash jarayonida yuzaga kelayotganrisklarni kamaytirish, kreditlashdan daromadlilikni oshirish, bank likvidliligini ta’minlash zaruriyati doimiy ravishda bankboshqaruvining diqqat markazida boʻlib turibdi. Bu, oʻz navbatida, optimal kredit portfelini shakllantirish, kredit portfelinisamarali boshqarish zarurligini taqozo etmoqda. Maqolada tijorat banklari kredit portfelini samarali boshqarish, portfeldayuzaga kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan muammolarning sabablari va kredit portfelini samarali boshqarishga ta’sir etuvchi ichki vatashqi omillar tahlili keltirilgan.
