Abstract

Ўтган даврлар мобайнида жаҳондаги иқтисодий ҳолатда қатор ўзгаришлар рўй берди, жаҳон иқтисо-диёти секин бўлса-да, ўсишга эришди.Бироқ қашшоқлик ва тенгсизликни қисқартириш бўйича кенг кўламли вазифалар ижроси амалгаошмади ёки кечикмоқда, яъни бугунги кундаги эришилган иқтисодий ўсиш аҳолининг реал турмуш дара-жасини акс эттирмайди ҳамда ривожланаётган давлатлардаги аҳоли ўртасидаги тенгсизликни қисқар-тириш бўйича самарали чораларни рағбатлантирмайди.Шу билан бирга, халқаро майдондаги кузатилаётган иқтисодий ноаниқликлар, глобал занжирдагиузилишлар, Сovid-19 пандемияси оқибатларини юмшатиш, иқлим ўзгариши ҳамда халқаро майдондагикучайиб бораётган иқтисодий хатарлар инклюзив ўсишни таъминлаш заруриятини янада оширмоқда.Инклюзив иқтисодий ўсишни таъминлаш эса аҳоли даромаларини ва бандлигини оширишдагимуаммоларни самарали ҳал этишга имкон беради.
