Abstract

Ҳозирги кунда мамлакатимизда бизнес ва тадбиркорликнинг ривожланиши асосан тижорат банклариорқали молиялаштирилаётган бўлиб, улар томонидан ажратилаётган кредитларнинг нисбатан юқорифоизда эканлиги ва кўп ҳолларда кредит олишнинг қийинлиги муқобил молиялаштириш манбалариниривожлантириш эҳтиёжини юзага келтирмоқда. Капитал бозори ана шундай манбалардан бири сифа-тида эътироф этилаётган бўлиб, у капиталнинг бошқа тури, яъни кредит сингари қарз маблағи ҳисоблан-маган акциядорлик капиталини таклиф қилади.
