Abstract

Ривожланган мамлакатлар хусусида гап кетганида, биринчи навбатда, уларнинг аҳолиси учун яра-тилган муносиб яшаш шароитлари тасаввуримизга келади. Бу мамлакатларда аҳоли ҳуқуқ ва манфа-атларининг юқори даражада ҳимоя қилиниши, ишсиз, ногиронлиги бор шахслар ва пенсионерларнингдавлат томонидан самарали қўллаб-қувватланиши кабилар уларда инсон қадри ва манфаатлариниустун қўйишга қаратилган кучли ижтимоий ҳимоя тизими амал қилаётганлигидан далолат беради.Сўнгги йилларда айнан ана шундай ўндан ортиқ давлатларнинг тажрибасини чуқур ўрганиш ваулардан малакали экспертларни жалб қилиш асосида мамлакатимизда ижтимоий ҳимоянинг янгитизими − инсон қадрини таъминлашга хизмат қиладиган тизимни ривожлантиришга асосий эътиборқаратила бошланди.
