Abstract

Raqamli texnologiyadan foydalanish sayyohlarning sayohatlaridagi barcha bosqichlarida ortibbormoqda. Sayyohlar o‘zlarining sayohat rejalarini tashkil qilish, tajribalar haqida chuqur sharhlaralmashish uchun boshqa sayyohlar bilan muloqot qilish uchun smartfonlardan foydalanadilar. Mustaqilva erkin sayohat qilish imkonini berayotgan smart turizm bugungi kunda ularga o‘zlariga nisbatanto‘laqonli his va xursandchilik ham taqdim etmoqda (Nichols, 2017). 2023-yil Expedia Groupo‘zining 2023-yildagi “Path to Puchase” tadqiqotiga ko‘ra sayyohlar ilhom izlashlari va sayohatlarinirejalashtirishlari va bron qilishlari uchun sayohat qilishdan 45 kun oldin o‘rtacha 303 daqiqa yokio‘rtacha 5 soatdan ko‘proq vaqt sarflashlarini ta’kidlaydi (The Path to Purchase: Uncovering howtravelers plan and book online, 2023).
