Abstract

Нукус-Қўнғирот йўлидаги туристик объектлар.Миздаҳкон археологик-меъморчилик мажмуаси (милоддан аввалги IV аср – милодий XVаср) 1928-1929 йилларда профессор А.О.Якубовский томонидан ўрганилган эди. Ўрта аср-ларда яшаган деб муаллифлари (Ибн Русто, 906-913 йиллар; ал-Истаҳрий, 961 йил: ал-Бал-хийнинг бизгача етиб келмаган асари асосида, 919-920 йиллар) асарларида бир неча маротабаэслатиб ўтилган бу шаҳарнинг номи “Миздаҳккон” (“Мардажкон”) дея тилга олинади. Ал-Муқад-дасий (985 йил) шундай ёзади: “Миздаҳкон – катта [шаҳар], унинг атрофида 12 минг истеҳкомва бепоён вилоят мавжуд (Хоразмнинг бош шаҳри Гурганждан ташқари), қолган бошқа шаҳар-ларида аҳоли кўп яшайди ва улар мудофаа деворлари билан ўраб олинган. Миздаҳкон эса –улар орасида энг каттаси. Майдони бўйича қарийб Журжонияга тенг бўлиб унинг атрофи ҳамистеҳком девори [жойлари] билан ўраб олинган”.
