Abstract

Замонавий иқтисодий фикрнинг ўзига хос хусусияти унинг ресурслар танқислиги шарои-тида минтақавий даражада иқтисодиётни оқилона бошқаришни таъминлашга қаратилганли-гидан иборат эди. Бундай талабларга, ижтимоий-иқтисодий жараённинг мантиқий ва Қонуният-ларига жавоб берадиган бошқарув тизими мослашувчан ва самарали бўлиши керак. Ҳозиргивақтда ҳудудий бошқарув соҳасида тўпланиб қолган муаммолар ҳам олимлар, ҳам бошқарувжараёнининг бевосита иштирокчилари эътиборини тортмоқда. Минтақа миқёсида туризмнибошқаришнинг ўзига хос шакллари, мақсадлари, вазифалари ва функциялари мавжуд.
