Abstract

Hozirda jadallik bilan rivojlanib kelayotgan zamonda raqamli texnologiyalarning o‘rni juda katta,shuningdek, raqamli texnologiyalar nafaqat turizm sohasiga balki barcha sohalarga o‘z muhimlilik darajasibilan kirib kelmoqda. Qolaversa, texnologiyalar mehmondo‘stlik sanoatiga ham ko‘p foyda keltirishi mumkin.Masalan, sun’iy intellekt (AI) chatbotlari kabi texnologiyalar mehmonlar tajribasini oshirishi, mobil buyurtmaberish samaradorligini yaxshilashi, robotlar esa xodimlarning ishlarini kamaytirishi va xarajatlarni kamaytirishimumkin. Bugungi ma’lumotlarga asoslangan landshaftda Big Data tahlili mehmondo‘stlik sektorida hal qiluvchirol o‘ynaydi. U qimmatli tushunchalarni olish va strategik qarorlar qabul qilish uchun ko‘pincha sanoatdagi turlimanbalardan to‘plangan keng va xilma-xil ma’lumotlar to‘plamini tizimli tahlil qilishni o‘z ichiga oladi. Shu bilanbirga, Big Data tahlili mijozlarning so‘rovlari, shikoyatlari va sharhlarini tahlil qilish imkonini beradi. Uning yordamibilan siz mehmonlarning nimalarni afzal ko‘rishlari va sizdan nimalarni kutayotganlarini tushunib olishingizoson bo‘ladi.
