Abstract

Смарт-туризм относительно недавнее понятие, которое стремительно набирает популяр-ность среди потребителей туристскими услугами. Предпосылкой для введения данного направлениястала необходимость поддержания тенденций развития информационно-коммуникационных тех-нологий, что позволяет преобразовать колоссальные объемы данные в ценностное предложение. Вданной статье авторами были обобщены сущность, тенденции, перспективы и недостатки Смарт-ту-ризма.
