Цифровизация Как Важнейщий Двигатель Индустрии Туризма

Abstract

В последние годы туристическая индустрия в Узбекистане и в мире формировалась подвоздействием факторов, обусловленных развитием цифровых технологий. Это требует отучастников туристского рынка понимания новых тенденций и течений, трансформирующих этусферу путем изменения способа общения, сотрудничества, обмена информацией. Цифровыетехнологии радикально изменили образ жизни, досуг, отдых, мобильность и туризм во всехего формах. По итогам 2022 года Узбекистан посетило более 5,2 млн иностранных туристов.Это в 2,5 раза больше, чем в 2017 году. Объем рынка туристических услуг для иностранныхгостей составил порядка 1,6 млрд долл. США. В текущем году эти показатели уверенно растут.Развитию туристической отрасли способствует последовательная государственная политикаУзбекистана. Она направлена в том числе на формирование современной туристской инфра-структуры, расширение номерного фонда отелей.
