Abstract

This thesis explores the dynamic landscape of Smart tourism, analyzing its inherent advantagesand disadvantages while delving into the potential future developments. As technology continues toreshape the travel and tourism industry, the integration of Smart technologies promises transformativeexperiences for both tourists and destinations. However, this evolution is not without its challenges.This thesis aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the pros and cons associatedwith Smart tourism and to envision the future trajectory of this rapidly evolving phenomenon.
