Abstract

Smart (aqlli) turizm - bu global miqyosda sayyohlik yonalishlarining tobora ortib borayotganishonchini tasvirlash uchun qo‘llaniladigan yangi tushuncha. Hozirgi kunda turistik yoʻnalishlarni aqlli boshqarishkontsepsiyasi ustuvor vazifaga aylanmoqda. Tadqiqotimizning maqsadi aqlli texnologiyalarning turistsifatida tashrif buyuruvchilarga ijobiy tajribasini shakllantirishga ta’sirini tahlil qilish va iste’molchilar xulq-atvoriningjihatlarini faol va aks ettiruvchi bosqich sifatida ko‘rib chiqishdir. Tadqiqotda ilgari surilgan g‘oyaasosida aqlli texnologiyalarning har bir aqlli manzillarga tashrif buyuruvchilar (iste’molchilar) tajribasini shakllantirishgata’siri koʻrib chiqilgan.
