Abstract

In the tourism and hospitality industry, Smart technologies are important because it has the qualityto support the production of the industry. Innovation in the field of Tourism has been growing rapidly in the lastfew years. While most service tourism businesses and hospitality industry professionals are doing their bestto adapt to these rapid changes, new technology continues to advance the industry. This article discussessome of the emerging Smart technologies in the tourism and hotel industry and which sectors need to bedeveloped.
