Abstract

The more actively the business tourism market develops, placing new requirements on the organization,conduct and implementation of business events, the more qualified personnel the industry needs.New markets, epidemiological situation, competition, new marketing strategies require new approaches andsolutions. Specialized training programs for business tourism experts, master classes, and practical skillsacquired during training are important aspects of training specialists in the field of business tourism. Today,universities face the task of not only training specialists, but also giving them practical skills, understandingthe reality of the market, and meeting international standards. The active interaction of practitioners and universitiesis becoming increasingly important in an actively changing market environment.
