Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yer resurslaridan foydalanishning iqtisodiy va huquqiy jihatlarining muhim mavzusinio‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Yer resurslari iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi, qishloq xo‘jaligi, sanoat, rivojlanishva boshqa tarmoqlar uchun asos yaratadi. Cheklangan yer maydonlari va iqtisodiy bosimning kuchayishi sharoitidayer resurslarini samarali boshqarish va ulardan foydalanish barqaror rivojlanishning asosiy omiliga aylanmoqda.
