Oliy ta’lim muassasalarida byudjet mablag‘laridan samarali foydalanishning ayrim fundamental masalalari

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ta’lim (oliy ta’lim) resurslardan foydalanishni o‘ziga xos jihatlari tadqiq etilgan. Oliy ta’limmuassasalari faoliyatini amalga oshirilishi uchun zarur bo‘lgan xarajatlar katta qismining byudjet mablag‘lari hisobidanta’minlanayotganligi bu mablag‘larning sarflanishiga nisbatan alohida munosabatlarning shakllanishini taqozo etadi. Oliyta’limni moliyalashtirish ikki ko‘rinishda, ya’ni davlat byudjeti mablag‘lari hisobidan va ta’lim xizmatlari ko‘rsatilishidantushadigan mablag‘lar hisobidan amalga oshirilmoqda.
