Abstract

Yashil o‘sish va barqaror rivojlanish konsepsiyasi global mafkuraga aylanishi, milliy iqtisodiyotda tub islohotlarniamalga oshirish va maqsadni aniqlash, asosiy e’tiborni operatsion samaradorlikni miqdoriy baholashga o‘tkazishnizarurat qilib qo‘ymoqda. Ratsionallik barqaror yashil o‘sishning asosiy va hal qiluvchi omiliga aylanadi, bu esaushbu o‘sishni ta’minlaydigan moliyaviy modelni o‘zgartirishni talab qiladi. Shu munosabat bilan, bugungi kunda eng dolzarbbarqaror o‘sishni ta’minlash masalasi moliya tizimini o‘zgartirish va tamoyillar asosida yangi moliyaviy paradigmanishakllantirishdan iborat.
