Davlat fiskal (byudjet-soliq) siyosatining aholi bandligiga ta’siri va uni takomillashtirish

Abstract

Har qanday davlatning asosiy maqsadi aholi turmush farovonligini ta’minlash orqali iqtisodiy taraqqiyotgaerishishdan iborat. Lekin, bunga o‘z-o‘zidan erishib bo‘lmaydi, buning uchun davlat tomonidan oqilona iqtisodiy siyosatishlab chiqish zarur qilib qo‘yadi. Jamiyat iqtisodiy o‘sishiga erishishda va aholi bandligini ta’minlashda davlat fiskal(byudjet-soliq) siyosatining ustuvor yo‘nalishlarini tadqiq etish dolzarb mavzulardan biri sanaladi. Chunki davlat fiskal(byudjet-soliq) siyosati davlat moliyaviy resurslaridan oqilona foydalanish orqali iqtisodiy faollikni oshirishga va iqtisodiyotdagimuammolarni barataraf etishga qaratilgan bo‘ladi. Uning asosiy maqsadi barqaror iqtisodiy o‘sishni ta’minlashgaqaratilgan iqtisodiy sikl tebranishlarini va inflyatsiyani jilovlash hamda yuqori bandlik darajasiga erishish hisoblanadi.Maqolada davlat fiskal (byudjet-soliq) siyosatining iqtisodiy dastaklaridan oqilona foydalanish orqali aholi bandliginita’minlashga qaratilgan ilmiy amaliy tahlil va xulosalar berilgan.
