Korxonalar moliyaviy barqarorligini ta’minlash mexanizmini takomillashtirish

Abstract

Jahon xo‘jaligidagi iqtisodiy tanazzul holatlari va dunyo iqtisodiyotidagi tarkibiy o‘zgarishlarga uchrayotganbir davrda mamlakatda faoliyat ko‘rsatayotgan korxonalar moliyaviy barqarorligini ta’minlash muhim vazifalardan sanalmoqda.Korxonalar milliy iqtisodiyotning muhim tarkibiy qismi bo‘lganligi bois ularning barqaror rivojlanishini ta’minlashmamlakatni barqaror rivojlantirish uchun asosiy omillardan sanaladi. Korxona qiymatini oshirishning eng muhim omillaridanbiri korxonaning moliyaviy resurslaridan samarali foydalanish orqali uning moliyaviy barqarorligini ta’minlashdir.Moliyaviy barqarorlikni baholashda korxonalarning xususiyati inobatga olinadi. Bu esa, o‘z navbatida, korxonalarningmoliyaviy barqarorligini to‘liq baholashda bir qator qiyinchiliklar tug‘diradi. Maqolada korxonalar moliyaviy barqarorliginita’minlash, uni baholash ko‘rsatkichlari ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etilgan. Shuningdek, korxonalar moliyaviybarqarorligini ta’minlash yuzasidan takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
