Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ijtimoiy ta’minot tizimi islohotlarining aholi umr ko‘rish darajasi uzayishi ta’siriga oidsavollar, tizimlar barqarorligi, nafaqalar, avlodlar birdamligi, pensiyadagi tenglik kabi vazifalar uyg‘unlashuvi murakkabligiko‘rib chiqilgan. Keksalar uchun tibbiy xizmatlarga, ayniqsa, uzoq muddatli muolajalarga sarf xarajatlarning oshib borishi,davlatning yordamisiz mazkur xarajatlarni qoplash imkoni pasayib borayotganligi bayon etilgan. Shuningdek, o‘rtachaumr ko‘rish yoshining o‘sishi bilan keksalarning ijtimoiy ta’minoti va xavfsizligining ta’minlanishi asosiy omil ekanligi xususidafikr yuritilgan.
