Abstract

Budjet va budjetdan moliyalashtiriluvchi tashkilotlarida davlat xaridlarini amalga oshirishda budjet mablag‘laridan samarali foydalanish va korrupsiyaning oldini olish bugungi kundagi moliyaviy tizimni tubdan isloh qilishni,davlat xaridlari sohasida ilmiy izlanishlarni oshirishni talab qiladi. Budjet mablag‘laridan samarali foydalanishda budjetkorxonalarini sifatli va arzon mahsulotlar bilan ta’minlash bugungi kunning dolzarb masalasi bo‘lib qolmoqda.Shuningdek, davlat va korporativ xaridlarini takomillashtirish bugungi kunning dolzarb masalasi ekanligi bo‘yicha xulosa,taklif va amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi.
