Abstract

Faoliyat sohasining o‘zgarishi bilan menejerning inson resurslarini boshqarish (HRM) tashkilotning optimalo‘sishi va rivojlanishini ta’minlagan holda, hal qilinishi kerak bo‘lgan yangi muammolarga duch keladi. Ushbu tadqiqotkadrlar bo‘limida sun’iy intellekt (AI) texnologiyasini qo‘llashni belgilaydi, chunki u ishga qabul qilish va tanlash, ishgaqabul qilish jarayoni, xodimlarni ushlab turish, tovon to‘lashni boshqarish, xodimlarni umumiy boshqarish va xodimlarniushlab turish bilan bog‘liq. Sun’iy intellektning (AI) HR amaliyotlari bilan uyg‘unligi kompaniyalarning o‘z ishchilarini yollash,boshqarish va yollash usullarini o‘zgartirmoqda. Sun’iy intellektdan foydalanish tufayli mashinalar endi ma’lumotlarva xatti-harakatlarga asoslangan qarorlarni odamlarga qaraganda aniqroq qabul qilishlari mumkin. Ushbu siljish natijasidabarcha qo‘l mehnati mashinalar bilan almashtirildi, bu esa HR mutaxassislarini ko‘proq strategik rollarni olishgamajbur qildi. HRMning turli bo‘limlarida sun’iy intellektdan foydalanishning afzalliklari taqdim etildi va HRMda AIni tatbiqetishda duch keladigan muammolar muhokama qilindi. Ushbu maqolada HR funksiyalarining samaradorligi va samaradorliginioshirishga intilayotgan tashkilotlar uchun AIning afzalliklari muhokama qilinadi.
