Abstract

Ushbu maqola budjet-soliq tizimini rivojlantirishning muhim yo‘nalishlaridan biri mahalliy budjetlarning moliyaviymustaqilligini kuchaytirish, xususanб daromadlar manbayini oshirishga bag‘ishlangan. Unda mahalliy budjet daromadlarinioshirish, moliyaviy mustaqilligini ta’minlash ustuvor vazifa ekanligi ta’kidlangan. Mahalliy budjetlarning daromadbazasi bo‘yicha mavjud vaziyat tahlil qilingan va daromad bazasini kengaytirish bo‘yicha xulosa va takliflar shakllantirilgan.
