Стратегия Сокращение Бедности И Повышения Благосостояния Населения

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные условия достижения сокращения бедностии повышения благосостояния населения. В Узбекистан бедность за последние 3-4 года сократилосьдо 14,0%. В настоящее время с целью сокращения бедности в каждой махалле появились не менее40-50 новых предпринимателей, создаются тысячи постоянных рабочих мест. Разработана блок схемастратегических рамок сокращения бедности состоящая из 4 блоков. Проведенное исследованиепоказало, что наиболее емким является понятие «качество жизни», используемое в широкомтолковании. Понятие «благосостояние» в значительной мере соответствует понятию «уровеньжизни населению», употребляемому в широком толковании. Представлены основные направлениягосударственной политики по повышению качества жизни. Модельное представление трансформациигосударственной экономической политики и формирования теоретического подхода к созданиючеловеко-ориентированной экономики, базирующейся на инновационной основе.
