Abstract

The sewing and knitting industry faces a critical challenge in achieving green development while remainingcompetitive. This research paper explores the effective implementation of competitive strategies in managing sewing andknitting enterprises during sustainable practices. Through literature review and empirical analysis, this study identifieskey competitive strategies aligned with green development principles, encompassing eco-friendly materials, energy-efficientproduction, waste reduction, and responsible supply chains. The role of technology, innovation, and employeeengagement in promoting green initiatives is also examined. Real-world case studies of successful sewing and knittingbusinesses provide valuable insights into integrating competitive strategies with sustainability. The impact of governmentalpolicies, industry regulations, and stakeholder collaboration on the green transition is highlighted. The findings guidesewing and knitting enterprise managers in improving environmental performance while maintaining competitiveness.This research contributes to the discourse on sustainable business practices. In conclusion, integrating green developmentprinciples into management strategies fosters environmentally responsible enterprises that remain competitive.
