Abstract

Iqtisodiy kategoriya sifatida sug‘urtaning pul munosabatlari tizimida boshqa rivojlangan davlatlar singariyurtimizda ham alohida o‘ringa ega ekanligini olib borilayotgan islohotlardan ham ko‘rishimiz mumkin. Ushbu maqoladasug‘urta oldindan ko‘rib bo‘lmaydigan tabiiy va boshqa hodisalar ro‘y berishi oqibatida ko‘rish mumkin bo‘lgan zararlarniqoplash bilan bog‘liq bo‘lgan maqsadli pul fondlarining jamg‘arilishi va undan foydalanish maqsadida amalga oshiriladiganpul munosabatlari yig‘indisi sifatida yoritilgan hamda tahlillar, kuzatuvlar asosida uning bozordagi holati o‘rganilgan.
