Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yirik sanoat korxonalarida mehnat samaradorligini oshirishda innovatsion menejment usullarinijoriy etish yo‘llari o‘rganilgan. Yirik sanoat korxonalarida innovatsion menejmentni joriy etish fan-texnika taraqqiyotinijadallashtirish, ishlab chiqarish va mehnatni tashkil etishning aniq yo‘nalish va uslublariga amal qilish, mahsulot sifatiystrukturasini optimallashtirish, ishlab chiqarishning turli darajalarida xodimlarning ijodiy faolligini oshirish, mehnat natijasinibaholash, xodimlarda o‘z mehnatlarining natijasiga nisbatan moddiy va ma’naviy qiziqishni oshirish, mehnat intizominimustahkamlash asosida mehnat salohiyatidan foydalanishning natijaviyligini oshirishni ta’minlashdan iborat bo‘lgankompleks tashkiliy-iqtisodiy choralarni ishlab chiqishni talab etadi. Shu masalalarni ushbu maqolada o‘rganib chiqilgan vailmiy-nazariy va amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
