Abstract

Эта статья исследует зарубежный опыт в области цифровизации цепочки поставок продуктов пита-ния. В современном мире, где глобализация и технологические инновации становятся ключевыми факторамиуспеха бизнеса, цифровизация становится необходимым элементом оптимизации и эффективности поставочныхпроцессов в индустрии питания. Цель статьи – проанализировать передовой опыт в различных странах, рассмо-треть применяемые технологии и подходы к цифровой трансформации в цепочке поставок продуктов питания.
