Abstract

Maqolada davlat xususiy sheriklik munosabatlarining institutsional asoslarining shakllantirilishi, davlat-xususiysheriklik munosabatlarining tashkil etilishi va boshqarish bilan shug‘ullanishi, sheriklik loyihalari doirasida ishbilarmonqatlamning davlat va jamiyat bilan munosabatlari tamoyillari va strategiyasini ishlab chiqishi yoritilgan.Shuningdek, Davlat-xususiy sheriklik munosabatlari infratuzilmani isloh qilish va xizmatlarni taqdim etishda innovatsionhamkorlik shaklini amaliyotga joriy etishga qaratilgan turli yondashuvlar tadqiq qilingan va muallifning ilmiy va amaliy xulosalarishakllantirilgan.
