Abstract

ushbu maqolada “O‘zto‘qimachiliksanoat” uyushmasi korxonalarining inson kapitalini joriy etish va boshqarishnirag‘batlantirish bo‘yicha tashkiliy-iqtisodiy chora-tadbirlari asosida bir qancha taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.Tahlil orqali gipotezalarni sinab ko‘rish uchun “strukturaviy tenglamani modellashtirish” (STM) texnikasidan foydalanildi.
