Abstract

maqolada, tadqiqot jarayonida temir yo‘l transportida mahalliylashtirishni moliyalashtirishning huquqiy asosibo‘yicha dunyo va o‘zbek olimlari o‘rgangan fikrlar yoritilgan. Mamlakatimizda temir yo‘l transportida mahalliylashtirishnimoliyalashtirishning huquqiy asoslari bo‘yicha ma’lumotlar tahlil qilingan.Temir yo‘l transportida mahalliylashtirishni moliyalashtirishning huquqiy asosi mamlakatimizda Prezident va hukumat qarorlaritahlil etilgan va moliyalashtirishni huqiqiy asosini tokomillashtirish masalasi bo‘yicha xulosa, taklif va amaliy tavsiyalarishlab chiqilgan.
