Application of Information and Communication Technology to Promote Economic Development of Tourism Services in Uzbekistan

Abstract

the development of global information and communication technology has accelerated the transformation andupgrading of the tourism industry. The wide application of big data, cloud computing, Internet of Things and other technologieshas made the integration of modern information technology and cultural tourism possible. Its application has notonly provided a new idea for the development of the tourism industry, but also improved its management and service levelto a certain extent. Uzbekistan is located in the center of Central Asia, with superior geographical location and rich tourismresources, and has a good material foundation for the development of tourism. By consulting the literature on informationtechnology and tourism development, the article systematically summarizes and analyzes the evolution process andcharacteristics of tourism services triggered by information and communication technology, and provides inspiration forthe development of tourism in Uzbekistan.
